Project space, Wedding/Berlin ( 2018-2023)
Changing Room was a Berlin-based project space dedicated to performance and sound, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary, and transcultural modes of working.
Its programme brought ecological, postcolonial, and more-than-human perspectives into dialogue.
The symposia, talks, and events were shaped through active exchange and co-creation with the audience. Rather than positioning visitors as passive observers, Changing Room invited them to participate in collective processes of exploration, reflection, and action.
From 2018 to 2023, events took place regularly in a former horse stable at Cornelius-Fredericks-Straße 11, located in Berlin-Wedding’s former so-called African Quarter.
